Josephine's lifelong love of musicals led to her collaborating with Drew Jaymson in 2005 to bring the 1964 Warner Bros. film 'Robin and the 7 Hoods' to the London stage. It was something of a baptism of fire, bringing to life a project with a cast of 27 and featuring some of the most famous songs of our time including 'Come Fly With Me', 'Love and Marriage' and 'My Kinda Town (Chicago Is)'. In those early days Josephine received invaluable advice from the likes of Tim Rice, and went on to broker a co-production deal with David Ian, one of the West End's leading impresarios. Sadly, this project fell at the final fence, but it was the rapid and steep learning curve Josephine needed to forge her way into the business. A trip to Las Vegas in 2007 led to her meeting Alan Glist, part of the U.S. production company GFour, and this resulted in her producing 'Menopause The Musical' in San Antonio, Texas, and then 'I Love You Because', which GFour had produced off-Broadway, at The Landor Theatre in London. This production went on to win the 2008 Whatsonstage Award for Best Off-West End Musical.

Josephine is currently producing 'Nine' scheduled to open at The Landor Theatre in late spring.
