The challenge of bringing a large number of people together, co-ordinating expertise, and seeing a project through from inception to completion has always been something Josephine finds very appealing. She has organised a number of charity concerts in Kent, where she lives, and was recently asked to act as Artistic Director for the opening ceremony of the Kent School Games. Dame Kelly Holmes attended the event which involved dance and music performances from over 200 students.
Josephine's interest in, and understanding of, young people also leads to her doing a lot of work in schools and universities through lectures and workshops. She has taught at the Anna Scher School in Islington, The King's School in Canterbury, and Sandwich Technology School in Kent. She has also given lectures at the University of Kent and Thames Valley University.
